Pixa Call is a mobile app built and operated by Divine Media Technology, Ghanta Ghar Square, Harda, Madhya Pradesh, India. This policy explains what information the app collects, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. By using Pixa Call, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information: Name, phone number, email address and login credentials of telecallers and admins, as set up by the business owner using the app.
Lead and customer data: Names, phone numbers, notes and status updates (Converted, Follow-up, Interested, Not Interested) of leads that your organization uploads or enters into the app. This data belongs to your organization. We only store and process it to run the service for you.
Call information: When a telecaller makes a call through the app, we record the call log details such as number dialed, time, duration and call outcome. [If call recording is enabled by your organization, audio of the call is also recorded and stored.]
Device information: Device model, operating system version and a push notification token, so we can send follow-up reminders and keep the app working properly.
WhatsApp and CRM integration data: If your organization connects Meta WhatsApp Cloud API or an external CRM webhook, message and lead data is exchanged between Pixa Call and those services as configured by you.
2. Why we use this information

- To connect with WhatsApp and CRM services you choose to link
- To fix bugs, improve the app and provide support
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. App permissions
- Phone and Call Log: to place calls and log call activity
- Microphone: only for call recording, where your organization has enabled it
- Notifications: to send follow-up reminders
- Internet access: to sync data with our servers

4. Call recording and consent
Organizations using Pixa Call are responsible for informing the people they call and getting their consent for recording wherever the law requires it. Telecallers should only record calls for legitimate business purposes.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, such as cloud hosting and storage, push notification services (Firebase) and Meta (only if you connect WhatsApp Cloud API). These providers process data only to deliver their service. We may also share data if required by law or a valid legal request.
6. Data security
We use secure connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100 percent secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
7. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Pixa Call data". We will process the request within [30] days, except for data we must keep by law.
8. Children's privacy
Pixa Call is a business tool meant for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. Lead data uploaded by an organization is controlled by that organization, so requests about it may need to go through them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the updated date at the top.
